RE:   UPDATE ON 2019 CBN  DISPUTE: NEWUZ vs ZEIEA   

 

We refer to the above matter and advise that parties appeared before the Conciliatory Tribunal at the Ministry of Labour today.  No Settlement was reached and a Certificate of no Settlement was issued. The matter shall be referred to compulsory arbitration interms of the Labour Act.  Parties were advised that the appointment of the arbitrator will be done by Monday 14 October 2019.
